Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway is a Japanese science fiction animated film and the initial entry in a planned trilogy within the Gundam franchise. Based on the 1989–1990 novel by Yoshiyuki Tomino, the film was directed by Shuko Murase, written by , and features music composed by Hiroyuki Sawano. Animation was handled by Sunrise.

The project was originally scheduled for release on July 23, 2020, but was postponed to May 2021 because of the COVID-19 outbreak in Japan. It was later delayed again to June 11, 2021, following prolonged emergency declarations. The film premiered at the 24th Shanghai International Film Festival on that same day and was subsequently made available on Bilibili in China and Netflix globally in July.

The story takes place in the Universal Century timeline, after Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack. It centers on Hathaway Noa, who, influenced by Amuro Ray and Char Aznable, leads the anti-Earth Federation faction Mafty against increasing Federation corruption. His interactions with Federation officer Kenneth Sleg and enigmatic Gigi Andalusia significantly shape their paths.

Critics widely commended the film's visual design and detailed production, although some found the color scheme too dark and the narrative overly compressed. The movie earned ¥2.23 billion at the box office, placing 14th among Japanese films released in 2021.
