Jagged Alliance 3 is a 2023 tactical role-playing video game that was developed by Haemimont Games and published by THQ Nordic. It was first released for Windows, then later made available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. This title marks the fourteenth installment in the Jagged Alliance series and serves as the first mainline entry since Jagged Alliance 2. In the game, players control a team of mercenaries tasked with helping a small African nation recover from disorder caused by a rogue paramilitary group that seized the president. Throughout the campaign, players must also handle challenges such as seizing diamond mines, confronting criminal organizations, and revealing the truth behind the paramilitaries' actions.

The gameplay combines two distinct elements: a strategic map-based system where players navigate mercenaries, manage operations, monitor missions, track enemy movements, and analyze intelligence; and tactical turn-based combat that allows for stealth options against enemies. Each battle takes place in varied environments such as mountains, swamps, savannahs, and cities, with different weather conditions affecting gameplay. Some encounters also feature wild animals. Each mercenary has individual strengths, weaknesses, and working preferences when it comes to team dynamics. Players have access to numerous real-world firearms and melee weapons, many of which can be upgraded, along with armor, tools, explosives, and grenades for various situations. Additionally, side missions are available, and decisions made during the main story influence future events and rewards.

Development of Jagged Alliance 3 lasted several years, during which time it went through multiple development teams before official work began in 2021. Once completed, the final product garnered positive reviews from critics.
